Cancellation Policy & Charges
You can cancel your booking with no charge before 30 days prior to your
booked date. Cancellation after 30 days is not permitted and we will not
provide any refund at all.

If you wish to cancel
your booking and get a refund, please contact cancellation@kamtuuindonesia.com.
All costs related with
refund payment will be deducted from the refund amount.
Terms & Conditions
• Price apply as per
calendar.
• 0 - 5 year old
children without any special request (e.g. extra bed, extra meal, etc.) are
free. Children older than 5 are considered adults and adult’s price is applied.
• Based on Twin or
Triple sharing room whichever is available.
• Room up-grade is
subject to additional charge.
• Car type will be
adjusted to the number of participants. All of our cars are well maintained and
full AC (All New Avanza, Mobilio, Kijang Innova, Toyota Hiace Mini Bus, Isuzu
Elf, and Tourist Bus)
• For small number of
participants, our driver will act as the tour guide.
• Free luggage car for
big group with over luggage.
• In the case of the
weather does not allow for island hopping, the tour will be diverted to other
locations. Yet, no refund will be done due to this diversion, partially on in
the whole.
• To make the most of
this tour package, we recommend you to take flight that arrives at 08.00
Western Indonesia Time (WIB), and returns flight that departs on 14.00 WIB.
